Humm, at one time they had a copy of their Sec Export Permit on that site, I noticed they had told the Gov, they were selling iron ore for about $12.00 per metric ton?? Maybe they don’t have the Customs Iron Ore Exporter Listing because of tax issues, which is only one of the audits required… Also note that Not all Sec and Customs permits we cancelled on April 25, 2012, PanAm’s was not, it was issued on March 6, 2012.
