1.cant file a complete bla after taking so long to file
2.misleads shareholders
3. Is greedy and over compensated

1. Couldn't file a complete nomination notice the evening it was due
2. Held back information on conflicts of interest between 13d backers and incelldx misleading investors
3. Asked 350 million buyout for a company trying to reach 4 million in revenue
Yup, I can see how a change to their group was sorely needed. The night and day difference is quite astounding between their accusations and how they conducted their business.
