The positive stock reaction midday to this decision tells me a couple of things:
1. Market views defeat of 13D as favorable (legal expenses & uncertainty both lower going forward)
2. With proxy votes hitting inboxes today, folks realize the votes will occur and count - the market will start pricing in the probability of the various proxy items passing
IMO if the authorized shares passes, that definitively lowers any chance of near-term financial difficulties and enables CYDY to realize 1 or more of their potential 2022 catalysts as a result - the market should price that in after the vote on 10/28 (along with any positive reaction to the new board members, etc.)
Delta+ headlines getting increasingly scary in UK (vaccine effectiveness waning, Delta+ 10% more transmissable, 1st case detected in a 12-yr old boy in Israel, etc..) - winter coming up...Covid is still here, need for therapeutics is still here.
