That stock should be
a lot higher ... my shares have voting rights.
I'll assume for now. They provided 32 million replacement shares and took a Equity stake without taking a position in the ENTI/PTEL/MMX deal...
PTEL filed a Form C for 1 million shares at .02. ENTI seems parked in the basement for now. ENTI omnibus report finally lists the PTEL 1:1 @ 1711.56:1. PTEL also has -1,000,000 DUTV -7,000 PTEL followed by 1 ENTI cert shares and Blue Bull Venture B.V Inc as a spin-off.
$41.66 might clear my ENTI J105 shares part of the 32 million.
