Zadie, I'm not exactly sure the context of this message to JB. But, I would say that Q3 financials/disclosures are released by each Company whenever they are complete and the Company wants to issue them. That is, I do not think "schedule to release 45 days after 3rd Qrtr ends" is an accurate statement. They're not scheduled...it's whenever they are ready and the Company is ready to release them. And they typically don't take 45 days, although some Companies routinely take that long.

As LV has said, Doc should want to get the financials done within the conventional 30-day period to show Nasdaq he can handle filings like this.

I certainly expect it by or on October 30. Doc said he would not let the Yield sign come back up.
