I also voted against compensation. I don't mind mgmt or new board, I know we have more Samsung bills coming in Feb so the extra shares make sense(not that I want more dilution, but Im not fond of bankruptcy). NP has already stated in a webcast he has plenty in his account should he ever be replaced as CEO, so I took that as a green light to vote against compensation. I know the employees are working overtime which I am grateful for, but get to the finish line first and then you have my compensation vote from now until I sell all my shares.
