If you wondered who downvoted my post, it was 5%er.
The 13D still wants you to make protest votes against the management and company's proposals.
Ask yourself why. Why are they still telling you how to vote on their website, issuing Letters, Press Releases and SEC filings? Why do they refuse to go way? Why are bashers (whoever they are) gaslighting the various stock boards on how to vote on the directors and issues?
That's why IMHO this year is not the year to make protest votes.
