Certainly a step in the right direction allowing hemp derived cbd into beverages and edibles into the state. No doubt RMHB is keeping a eye on the matter. Yet the state is mindful of the Federal position. I found this comment in another article.
Finally, recognizing the potential future conflict with federal law, the AB 45 provides that when federal law authorizes hemp products, the Department “shall adopt new regulations either as necessary pursuant to the federal law or deemed necessary to protect consumers.”

The future is bright for RMHB.
