I've been a mod on Ihub for ~4 years. Just a tip - do NOT include anything personal in your post. As an example, instead of saying "you...", try saying "people...". Also, don't refer to the "board" as in "people on this board". There are ways to make it personal without saying it directly. Each mod/admin will interpret a post differently, so sometimes you can get away with it but not when a mod like scooter or justdafud is targeting you. I'll admit that when I review the posts, I'm often in a rush because I telework and may have a minute or two to skim the posts on my personal laptop that's beside my workstation. When I have a limited amount of time, I look down the list of unread posts for names of bashers, and quickly skim the post looking for a personal jab. The bashers all have patterns, and I know where to quickly look. Some throw in a personal jab at the beginning of their posts, and others will include it at the end. As an example, I just now removed Grip's post because he started it with "Did you stay up all night dreaming that up??" He always makes it simple, and incredibly he still hasn't figured it out after all this time.
