This post was in response to Grip it and Sip it as he (or she) speaks in such a way that does not appear to be an opinion but stated as fact re: the investigation(s) of the SEC and DOJ.

You DO NOT KNOW the substance, progress or goals of the investigations
in fact...
"The SEC has informed the Company that this inquiry should not be construed as an indication that any violations of law have occurred or that the SEC has any negative opinion of any person, entity or securities trading activity."
The investigations could just as easily be looking at share price manipulation by coordinated "attacks" like that initiated against CytoDyn on June 30, 2020. Instead, there could be a surfeit of orange jump suits handed out. LOL
But neither or us knows (or should know) what EXACTLY is going on.
