The Partnership is intended to assist the Company in becoming publicly traded while also providing business advisory services for an array of strategic projects. Lelantos Holdings, Inc. is managed and operated by the founders of Sonder Fulfillment, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Golden Triangle Ventures, Inc.
