From my experience companies usually a PR release when quarter financials' hit the can and no major announcements a week before. I think you have 5 days to to report a a material change on a PR with a 8K of financials. It would just be easier for DOC to do the financials. Our dream announcement can happen any time. I am sure they will be audited takes a little more time
