We’ve had years of being dark and several suspected quiet periods. Some say it’s a quiet period due to quarterly reports. Some say he can PR and speak as long as it’s not about Q3. Some say companies are being rolled up now in October and this quiet period. Some say a CEO doesn’t need to speak unless he has something concrete to say, this he can remain silent. Lots of speculations as to why. No one knows for certain beside Dr Dalton. In my opinion it would have been a more pleasant transition if the company acknowledged becoming current after years of darkness, made a brief generic statement to shareholders and then went quiet, again like many companies have done recently, so shareholders aren’t left in limbo having to speculate on corporate governance and direction.
