Your posts are justified and a constant reminder of undelivered promises and missed targets. It will also warn future investors that current leadership is probably a huge concern to many current shareholders including ineffective planning/funding/execution of several past deals. No contingency plans to keep trials/testing/acquisition(s) on schedule or minimize delays ......... and let's not forget the ongoing S1/S1A's, NUGX or NGIO??? , Class A/B shares and so far nonstop dilution due to lack of revenue.
