Not to open the proverbial can of Snakes again...but, this is primarily directed to the lawyers onboard... do the emails by Patentsnake have consequences given his sworn testimony and his almost agnostic approach to trial deliberations...did he run afoul of the Law...with contradictory statements?...has he impeached himself?
