They better take it down. Very bad idea to begin with. It will continue to happen again and again, watch: PennDOT can remove graffiti within an hour but can't fix roads in 3 months. Something wrong with this place. Bad bad very wrong, something very wrong. Bad place. Don't ever come here. Don't ever raise a family here.
