Micmac...the question for an investor shouldn't be answered solely by "Am I on the NP side or the 13d side" because that means one is not necessarily open to what each side offers, but it should be decided by "Which of these two choices (13d and NP) provides the best opportunity for my investment."
The difference between being on a side and seeing an opportunity is subtle but very real. Again, I may be a Yankees fan and thus on their "side", but if they're starting a rookie pitcher and their star player isn't playing, my best OPPORTUNITY may be to bet on the opposing team. Do you see the difference?
