Normy: I am not absent and the judgement is, if you look at my previous posts, just as I thought it would be. A judge MUST follow the bylaws of a company if those bylaws are legally valid and not hidden from the other party. It is not a judge's choice not to follow them. In this case, the bylaws were legal, 13d knew about them, and did not follow them.
While I am aware that 13d losing did sink the SP quite a bit yesterday, I am somewhat surprised to see that now that court case is over and the selling by 13d has abated, the SP has not rebounded at all. I think this has to do with potential catalysts being pushed to very late 2021/early 2022. I was really hoping for interim data from Brazil by Thanksgiving. Am I surprised? Of course not.
