Just so you know how it works... Tom sells free-trading shares to his associates for a 50%-60% discount in value of the share price. He has sold 500 million free trading shares in the last few months. Those shares are being sold on the open market now.

If Tom would of sold me shares at 50%-60% discount, I would dump those shares on the market as soon as the paper was in my brokers hands. That is the biggest problem with selling free trading shares at massive discounts. Those discounted shares will continue to be dumped on the market.

It sucks, but that is the way it works!!!
