It is a shame that 13d is still a topic. I have long thought that although they attempted to make us think they were trying to take control of our company for the sake of their own financial well-being(not exactly the best way to win a proxy battle), there agenda was merely to advance the short agenda & offer up opportunities for their trader accomplices.
Since the arrival of 13d, AF goes on vacation, no hit pieces. IMHO, 13d is part of short mafia.
