The "landmark case" status may be why the judge was so careful and did such an incredibly great job.

And I did enjoy the occasional snark from the judge, especially when quoting Brucie's saying something under oath that was proven to be contrary to what he said in emails.... and slamming the 13D-bags for "gamesmanship."
