KT has to be Very Happy with Recovery + Wave
I ran across a Recall for the KT RECOVERY ICE/HEAT MASSAGE BALL from 2020. Some of the Heat Balls were leaking fluid.
In the Recall Document it listed a "Quantity in Commerce - 94,554".
This device was released into the market in 2017, so over 3+ years they produced 94k units.
The 3 container shipments that have been documented of Recovery + Wave devices going to KT's Utah warehouse, totaling 28,726 lbs, are estimated to be between 90k - 100k devices.
The Wave has been on the market since February 2021.
