(OTC: SMCE) is pleased to announce it has executed a consulting agreement ("Agreement" with Iron Clad Partners LLC ("Iron Clad" to provide short-term and long- term strategic planning. Pursuant to the Agreement, effective 10/1/2021, Iron Clad has been retained for an initial term of twelve months and will be compensated $15,000 per month.
During the term of the Agreement, Iron Clad will assist SMC in identifying potential mergers and acquisitions candidates, potential partnerships, provide short-term and long-term strategic planning in the areas of current and future market trends, corporate organization and financial matters.
