You stated your opinion that “any appeal to the Delaware Supreme Court by Rosenbaum would likely be fruitless.” When will we know if they are going to appeal? What is the deadline and if they do then will the Supreme Court impose a stay on our October 28th meeting? How quickly will the court rule if they do appeal? Do you think they will appeal?
