Perhaps, they would be better to pick a fight with the management, rather than start a war with the other shareholders. They should have laid their plans out and convinced the other shareholders to vote for them. Instead, they berated the other shareholders and timed everything, they did, to have maximum negative effect on the company and share price. They hid their true plan. They came to steal the company and drug for themselves. They turned it into an us versus them campaign. They started a war. The judge saw through it. It wasn't just about the current management.
