I say that Amarex is incapable at best at doing CYDY's clinical trials, deliberate saboteurs at worst. They weren't capable of running the test properly. They weren't capable of dividing the treated group and the placebo group into equal cohorts. They weren't capable of writing a letter in a timely fashion, so they backdated it.
Or is that a sign of them being "capable"?
And if you still think in light of everything we know now they were "capable," then why are you criticizing CYDY for not knowing that the data THEY DID NOT HAVE ACCESS TO wasn't being handled properly?
Some lawyers keep arguing in favor of their clients no matter what absurd lengths it takes to come up with an argument.
Better lawyers know when to stop defending the indefensible.
