I really doubt that CYDY had any idea of the magnitude of the problem that Amarex had caused, and the huge effort it's going to take to try to salvage the data, when they were estimating how long things would take.

I've criticized him in the past but compared to the 13D group who have to continually re-file and update documents because they didn't disclose information, and were forced to disclose it -- well, I'll take him any day over that bunch of IncellDX shareholders.
