Definition from Oxford languages; past tense... Backdated is a verb...in essence "put an earlier date to a (document or agreement) than the actual one.
i.e..." They backdated the sale document to evade a court order"...Backdating is usually not allowed and can be seen as illegal or fraudulent in some situations/incidences.
Ameliorating ANY document to a questionable timeline is a NO NO...in any language...I believe Dr. Chris Recknor found evidence of backdating in his "SNAPshot" of AMarex documents regarding our Molecule...at least that is what he stated in his under Oath statement...I would believe what he states long before I would believe anything that comes from Amarex or anyone representing their position.
