Leronlimab does not block viral infection, just stops the immune over-reaction that frequently occurs when the body is unable to appropriately fight the infection.
That is the night and day difference between Leronlimab and the neutralizing antibodies from Lily, Regeneron, etc which only attempt to replicate the antibodies that our bodies form in response to vaccination or infection.
