I'm not sure what backdated means either, hence why I was trying to get some clarification on the matter. I agree with your straw man argument that people saying "Vyrologix sucks" doesn't make them a mass murderer.
But, brother this aint "The Pepsi Challenge". This was a study involving critically ill patients with life or death consequences. If a study shows that a drug shows lifesaving efficacy it is incumbent on the DSMB to halt the trial early in order to get the patients that treatment. Now IF there was some sort of malfeasance that took place in CD12 we need to know.
