Everyone keeps talking that this is a SEC issue, but it's been going on since what, July now? So, we are going into the 4th month of an SEC issue possibly, that is also affecting an FDA approval of an IND and that announcement of an approval or any announcement of anything?
My question is, how many months does it take? 4 months? 6 months? A year? There are multiple companies out there working on Covid, yet we see announcements from these companies, so I am still confused why Generex / NGIO would be 'silent'.
We were told NGIO IPO would be 'clean'. That was pretty specific. Then again, we were told quite a bit that was not factual the last few years.
We are now into the mid October, so once again we are still waiting and waiting and we keep pushing the envelope saying maybe later this week or next week, because in reality, it is all we can really do. We call Todd or email him and he gives us the same news he has for the last year or two. Upper Management won't even talk to us, Dawson James won't give us any news, and if you look at the 52 week low, it goes to every day now when it hits .165.
There is literally no confidence by investors in what the company is doing and until Management does show some life, the PPS will stay in the teens for the foreseeable future.
I keep hoping everyday Joe, Rich, someone will break this cycle and make a huge announcement that will shake up everything that the FDA has approved the IND, a trial will now proceed, the IPO will now be advanced.
Then again, I am a dreamer......
