I don't think you understand how arbitration works. One can spend MILLIONS on arbitration because lawyers are still needed. This isn't NP and the head of Amarex sitting down with a neutral third party over a White Claw to discuss what did or did not happen.
Make no mistake, arbitration CAN be expensive, which is why "reasonable outside attorney fees" are often part of the arbitration clause.
Cheaper than a lawsuit? YES! But inexpensive? Not always.
