Adding to docj's post, I may say, that they so happened to have good lobbyists as well as chose to develop a vaccine of the government's liking.
Now GNBT/NGIO wants compete against those mRNA technology vaccines, and - call it conspiracy theory - the highest governmental authorities have committed themselves with billions of taxpayer dollars to that mRNA and thus seem to be doing everything in their power to keep them from succeeding, or otherwise it might happen, that a majority of the population might not accept another mRNA booster shot, but insist on a "CompleteVaccine" shot as booster, and the mRNA vaccines ordered and delivered will remain like lead on the shelves.
That is my thought on this.
