Hey balleroni,
if I remember correctly, the representative of Olaregen on the last CC stated that they were about to close a financing deal with a external source that was willing to provide that capital on regular credit and interest basis. So I suppose that the "lack of dilution" in the amount you assume requirement, does not necessarily mean that there is no production happening in regards to Excellagen.
