Could anyone on the board provide some clarity regarding the allegation that Amarex back dated data. What are the possible implications if this is true?

1. Does it totally corrupt the CD12 trial?
2. Are there criminal charges that can be filed regarding fraud or possibly negligent homicide to the people allegedly involved?
3. My understanding is that CytoDyn paid Amarex 80 million dollars to conduct these trials. At a bare minimum what is CytoDyn going to do to recover this, not to mention the damage that has been caused to the company regarding these allegations?
