My complaint was on NUGX, with a short history on the NGIO stock dividends we received, and how all of a sudden NUGX appeared in our broker accounts as if it were NGIO when in fact, according to the parent company GNBT, it is not. That the parent company tells stockholders that GNBT has no idea how NUGX was created and it is not nor ever will be a part of GNBT. That the formation of NUGX was a fraudulent act and it has caused confusion and degradation of GNBT value.
