I see New York is complaining again...they have that V.O.C and V.C.P problem. You all know like V.O.C Volatile Organic Compounds. New York measures 22% but the V.C.P is at 78%. If New York was really serious about getting rid of V.C.P problems which stands for Volatile Compound People then simply get rid of all the democrats.
