This is just bullcrap now. No other way to put it. We have nothing from the Generex / NGIO Management which is basically the same Management, for the IND, the IPO, Excellegan, for anything. Whether it is SEC issue or FDA issue, they are two separate branches of government so, the company can report on their independent parts as needed I would think.
We are hitting 52 week lows once again and Joe's once again statement of taking care of shareholders has become a complete joke once again, we keep getting the runaround from the company.
Merk is asking for approval from the FDA for their covid pill. They can put out that news to the public. It's funny, everyone can put out news to the public, well, except Generex and NGIO,,,,
