Trader Cafe Chocolate Chip Cookies
5 c. AP flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. butter
3 c. brown sugar, packed
4 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
24 ounces chocolate chips
1. Cream the butter, brown sugar and salt together until light and fluffy
2. Add the eggs and vanilla. Stir until uniform
3. Sift the remaining dry ingredients together and mix in.
4. Stir in chocolate chips
5. Scoop onto parchment lined sheet trays.
