05/09/2021 on page 4 of the latest filings it showed a new issuance of 1,100,000,000 shares. All issued to Dr. Dalton. I’ve wondered about that ever since I first read it.
I’m not savvy enough to understand if it’s good or bad. There’s Lots of stuff on those filings I don’t understand.
