Well, if those employees follow your advise to find another job...what does that leave at Amarex?
It leaves the unmotivated, the unappreciated, the inexperienced........ the "I'll pretend to work if you pretend to pay me" type of employee.
Not who I would want performing the MOST critical part of the drug approval process.
