Very interesting reading that sounds a lot like what is happening to CytoDyn right now:

If you consider the following:
- 13D attempting takeover
- "Poison Pills" CytoDyn has been putting in place (e.g. employment contracts)
- Activity on investor forums (some posters are jackals...not wolves)
To me, it sure does fit the profile of what's going on...
