I'm not sure how much things have changed since this editorial was published about the relationships between doctor, CRO, and sponsor when it comes to clinical trials.
There is mounting evidence that the entire process with Amarex in the middle of it was fraught with problems.
Good Saturday reading:
https://www.ashclinicalnews.org/viewpoints/ed...nizations/
...and some proposed solutions...
https://www.ashclinicalnews.org/viewpoints/ed...n-problem/
I'm guessing this is why the doctors/hospitals need to be paid so highly by the CRO....it may not be worth the hassle for the doctors/hospitals to engage CROs with a history of issues. Remember how long it took to fill the first CYDY COVID trials?
