Thanks so much for sharing Facai. Many kudos to you for going, you may have struck pure gold. You got a chance to see how good they really are. I saw them in NYC and when they were only at their best. You got a chance to see them, and how they respond and step to action first hand when adversity hits. Priceless for a shareholder, in my opinion, and well worth whatever you paid to get to VerbLit.
My experience was I couldn't get in to VerbLit. Sent Rory an email later last night expressing shareholder support and he responded around 11PM his time. Here's a guy who had his guts ripped out in front of possibly thousands, and what did he do?.....Sent out an apology email to everyone, recorded a video and sent it out, went to dinner with his team and shareholders, and responded to shareholder emails. I imagine a few phone calls to Microsoft were in there somewhere as well.
Rory and his team earned a new level of respect from me. It's how we respond and act when times are tough that is most important, not when everything is fantastic....and you saw it first hand! Best part is when you look at the overall picture of where we are and what is about to hit, times aren't even tough.
On another note, most every single shareholder I talked with last night after the fact was a buyer and only more impressed with the snippets they saw.
A big double middle finger to the trolls who will no doubt use this to try and instill doubt.
