That certainly would change the probability of success downward somewhat but don't you think something would have been shown by now in cohorts 1/2 if the liver was reacting poorly?  I was taking the good news so far with the confidence-inspiring PR's and comments from LE/Dr M to lead to the conclusion that they feel the acceptance of K by the human liver is looking pretty good.
