Are positive results in a xenograft cancer study significantly more impactful than a study in cell culture? I assume xenograft studies capture the impact of the tumor microenvironment, but don't have enough understanding of how representative of human results animal modeling will be.
How do you anticipate human trials progressing assuming good results in the MD Anderson trials?
