similar position with 8 million Etraded shares in three accounts. Any issuance of new shares in our case with the proxy will have a dilutive effect? Yes and this could decrease the book value of the shares you own but the trading market determines your tradeable pps if we are to able to obtain a new re-listed registered company with the SEC. I would be patient as hard as it is to be under our suspended condition. You will still maintain ownership even if the company were to go private but most undesirable from a tradeable value that would actively allow you to dispose your shares. I have a substantial investment and believe the company will succeed with or even without Innova!
