In my opinion, that's the focus of the inquiry by the federal agencies as to what happened during that timeframe. I think the Cydy involvement was finding documents to support their investigation into the shorting. I remember one short bragged online about how much money he made when that all happened to the share price. It was hundreds of thousands of dollars.
