Why NOW ?
According to Recknor's declaration to the court, the problems were
known early August 2021.
What took them that long to react ?
Does CYDY think they can influence the court's decision on Oct 6, ?
Do they want to respond Amaretti (google it, you'll find it tasty, tells you a
native Italian) just before the Annual Meeting (28-21 = ca. 6) to make
'a bella figura' just before the AM ?
Or what ?
(BTW : Do we know which BP are clients of A. ?)
