Maybe the recent change of control at Amarex was an attempt for guilty parties to get the F out of Dodge while the getting was good. Or maybe it's the new regime coming in for that purpose.

I hope we do get definitive answers, but odds are most of the pertinent details will be filed under seal / be hidden through arbitration. We'll see.
